We are out here in the Sitapura Industrial Area, specifically at G1-27 in the Gems and Jewellery Zone. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the actual work happens. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle gems and jewelry every day. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of machines or people talking over stone parcels. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s busy, and sometimes the dust from the industrial zone gets in, but we keep the inside clean for the stones. We aren't really the type of place with velvet chairs and fancy lighting. It's more about the desks, the scales, and the light we use to look at the inclusions. Everyone here has a job to do, and we mostly stick to it. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on the way here is a nightmare, but that's just life in Epip. We work with a lot of different people, mostly others in the trade who know exactly where to find us. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small things for hours. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s a steady kind of life, working with what the earth gives us. We just focus on the stones and getting the orders out on time.
