Banshiwalas Food Co

Banshiwalas Food Co is over at F-7 Tonk Road, inside the Krishna Mall. Being in a mall means there is always a bit of life around us. We are in a small unit, but it’s enough for what we do. The smell of food is usually hanging in the air, which can make you hungry even if you just ate. We spend most of our time prepping things or checking on the inventory in the small storage area we have. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people are working in the back, but we’ve figured out how to move around each other. The mall has its own rhythm, with more people coming in during the weekends and evenings. We have a counter where we talk to people and handle the payments. It is nothing fancy, just some glass displays and a cash register that sometimes gets stuck. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually stop by because they are already in the mall or they live nearby and want something to eat. We use simple ingredients and try to keep things consistent. The floor gets cleaned several times a day because we don't like it looking messy. It is a humble little spot on Tonk Road. We enjoy the chat with our regulars and the fast-paced nature of the food business. It’s just how we spend our days at the mall.
