Art Collection

Out here at B-14 in the Sudershanpura Industrial Area, things are mostly about getting the work done. Art Collection isn't some high-end boutique; we're located in 22 Godam, which is pretty much all warehouses and small factories. It gets loud with the trucks moving in and out all day. Our space is basically a big room where we keep everything we've gathered over the years. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We moved into this unit because we needed the space for the actual items. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a stroll, but it works for us. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor is concrete, but it serves its purpose. We spend most of our time organizing and moving things around. There’s a small office in the corner where we handle the paperwork, but mostly we are out on the floor. It can get hot in the summers, especially in an industrial zone like this. We have a few fans going, and we just get on with it. People who need us usually find their way here eventually, even if the directions in 22 Godam are a bit confusing to some. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who like what they do. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just Art Collection and a lot of hard work. We keep it simple and stay busy.
