Aarti Sweet Caters

We started Aarti Sweet Caters here in Jhotwara because we like making good food for people's parties. Most days it is just us in the kitchen getting everything ready for weddings or small home gatherings. It gets really busy when the festival season starts and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We make all the usual Indian sweets and snacks you’d expect. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when we have two big orders on the same day, but we manage somehow. We aren't some big fancy company with a lot of office people in suits. It's just a few of us who know how to cook. We buy our milk and sugar from the same places we've used for years. People around here know where to find us if they need a tray of laddoos or full meals for a hundred guests. We don't have a big website or anything, we just focus on the cooking. The kitchen can get hot and loud, especially in the summer heat, but that’s just how it is in this business. We’ve been in this part of Jhotwara for a while now. Some families have been ordering from us since their kids were small and now those kids are getting married. It makes us feel good to be part of those times. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure there is enough food for everyone. It's hard work but it keeps us busy.
