Tongue Twister

We are located over in Vijay Nagar, specifically at Scheme No 114, Zone 1. If you see the Bank of India, we are right across from it. Indore is a city that loves its food, so there is a lot of pressure to get things right. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one. My brother and I run the floor and the kitchen together, which means we argue a lot about where the spoons should go or how much onion to chop. It’s a family thing, I guess. The shop is simple and we keep the doors open to let the air in. We get a lot of bank employees coming in for a quick bite during their afternoon break. They are usually in a hurry, so we try to move fast, though sometimes the stove doesn't cooperate as quickly as we’d like. We use basic ingredients and don’t go for any of those strange food trends you see on the internet. It’s just honest cooking for regular people who live and work in 452010. We’ve had some tough days, like when the roof leaked during the monsoon, but we just mopped it up and kept going. That is just how it is when you run a local business.
