The 78 Boulevard Bistro Cafe

Our cafe is located at Plot Number 69 in Vijay Nagar. It is right in the middle of Scheme Number 78 which is a busy area of Indore. If you know where the Prestige College UG Campus is then you basically know where we are because we are right opposite to it. Being near a college means we see a lot of students and young people walking around all the time. It gives the place a bit of energy. We have this bistro setup where we just try to keep things comfortable. It is not some high-end luxury spot with velvet curtains or anything. It is just a place with tables and chairs where people can sit. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the kitchen is running okay. Sometimes we get a big rush when classes let out and other times it is just a few people reading books or looking at their phones. The street outside can get a bit loud with the bikes and cars passing through Scheme 78. We just keep the doors open and let the day go by. We are just a local Indore business trying to make a living like everyone else in Vijay Nagar. It is a simple life and we enjoy the routine of it most days despite the heat and the constant city noise.
