Silver Shed Restaurant

We are located in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore, specifically in Scheme No 54, just behind the Country INN Hotel. The name fits us because we’ve got that open, shed-like feel that keeps things feeling casual. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of shops and offices around, so we get a good mix of people coming in. During the day, it's mostly people on their lunch breaks looking for something quick. At night, it gets a bit more lively when the lights go up. We don't have a lot of fancy walls or air conditioning in every corner, just a lot of space and some big fans to keep the air moving. The kitchen is right there, so you can usually hear the tandoor going and the chefs working. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after the rains, but it holds up well enough now. The tables are set up so you can sit with a big group or just by yourself. We don't use a lot of complicated words on the menu, just the food we like to eat. Sometimes the music is a bit loud if the younger staff is working the evening shift. It’s just a honest place to grab a bite without having to dress up or spend a lot of money. We’re usually here till late, cleaning up the counters and getting things ready for the morning.
