Shreenath Bhojnalay

I've been at the Malwa Mill area for a long time now. Shreenath Bhojnalay is located at 59, New Dewas Road, which is a spot most locals in Indore know pretty well. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits or anything. We just serve food to people who are hungry and want something that tastes like it was made at home. My family helps out in the kitchen and out front. We start early in the morning to get things ready before the lunch rush hits. The mill area is always loud and full of activity, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we run out of things if it's too busy, but we do what we can. We have been in this same spot for years. The building is old, and we haven't changed much about how we do things. We think if it works, why mess with it? People come here after work or during their break. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't have a website or a marketing person. If the food is good, people come back. That is how it has always been for us here in Indore. It's hard work, standing all day, but it's what we know. We just want to make sure nobody leaves here with an empty stomach and that the dishes are clean for the next person who comes through the door.
