SHREE NARAYAN PARATHA HOUSE

Shree Narayan Paratha House is located on Futi Kothi Road. We are quite close to the HP Petrol Pump in Sudama Nagar. It is a busy part of Indore. I decided to start this because I like making parathas. We have a few different kinds, nothing too crazy. People usually come in when they are tired of eating the same things at home. The shop is small and we keep it that way. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working the tawa. You can hear the noise of the traffic outside while you eat. Sometimes the smoke from the kitchen gets a bit thick when it’s crowded. We use regular ingredients you find in any kitchen. Nothing is frozen. We roll the dough when someone asks for it. It takes time, so don't expect it in two minutes. The benches are a bit old but they do the job. We see a lot of students and people who work nearby. It’s a simple routine for us. Wake up, get the flour ready, and start the stove. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. If you’re looking for a place that looks like a five-star hotel, this isn't it. But if you want a hot paratha on a plate, we are here. Just look for the sign near the petrol pump. We stay open late most nights.
