You can find us right by the Sarwate Bus Stand in Indore. It’s a very busy spot with people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. We opened here because travelers are always looking for something to eat that tastes like it was made at home. We follow specific rules for the food we prepare, which is important to us and the people who visit. The dining area is simple with long tables and benches. It can get quite crowded during the peak bus hours, and sometimes people have to wait a few minutes for a seat. We don't mind the rush, though; it keeps us moving. The kitchen is always going, with big pots of lentils and vegetables being prepped constantly. We don't use any onion or garlic in anything we make here. My father ran this place before me, and he taught me how to keep things running smoothly even when there's a line out the door. We don't do any advertising; the smell of the food and the location near the buses usually brings people in. It’s a humble place, and we focus more on the cooking than how the walls look. We just want to make sure everyone who leaves the bus stand has a chance to eat a proper meal before they head out.
