Shree Ansh Restaurant

You can find us at 3/5, Nath Mandir Road in South Tukoganj. We’re right across from Hotel Surya, which is a big landmark in this part of Indore. Shree Ansh Restaurant isn’t a very big place, but we make use of the space we have. The neighborhood is usually quite active with shoppers and office workers. We get a lot of people coming in for a quick lunch during their break. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people can actually enjoy their food before heading back to work. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy from the morning. We don’t go in for fancy lighting or expensive furniture. We think the food should be the main thing people notice anyway. The menu has the stuff you’d expect from a local eatery in Indore. We have a few guys in the back who have been cooking these same recipes for a long time. They don't use timers or fancy gadgets, just their experience. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late afternoon because we only make enough for the day. We like it that way because it means everything stays fresh. It’s a small, local operation run by people who live right here in the city. We don’t have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the doors open and the stove hot for anyone who needs a meal.
