Shivrattan Restaurant

Shivrattan Restaurant is out on A B Road in Indore. We are specifically located at Dewas Naka, right opposite the Lasudia Police Station. If you are ever driving through the 452010 area, you probably see our sign. It is a very busy road with a lot of trucks and commuters passing by all the time. We opened this place to serve the people who are on the move. Most of our regular customers are drivers or people working in the nearby warehouses. It is not exactly a quiet neighborhood to work in. You can hear the traffic noise all day and night. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or standing at the counter. It is just a simple dhaba-style setup really. We do not have any fancy decorations or things like that. We focus on serving hot food and providing quick service because people are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. My brothers and I run the place mostly. We keep it open late because of the location. Being right across from the police station means it is a pretty safe spot too. We have seen a lot of changes on A B Road over the years, but we just stay here doing our thing. It is a lot of cleaning and cooking, day in and day out. We just want a simple place to serve food.
