You'll find us at Kalindi Square, over in Block A. We've been in Vijay Nagar for some time now. Indore is a city that loves its food, and being on A B Road keeps us busy. We are right near Lotus, so it’s easy to spot us if you're out that way. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything. It's just a local spot where we serve what we know. The kitchen gets hot, and the days are long, but we've got a good rhythm going. Our staff lives nearby, and we treat the place like a second home. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just focus on the cooking. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just want to get the orders right and make sure nobody leaves hungry. We get a lot of families from the surrounding blocks, and we know many of them by name now. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It's a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, and we close up late at night. That's our life here in Vijay Nagar. We hope the food is good and the service is okay. We don't claim to be perfect, but we try hard to keep everyone satisfied.
