Santoor Restaurant

Santoor Restaurant is located at 158 Kanchanbaug Road in Indore. This street has a lot going on, and we have been a part of it for a good while now. We don't have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We are just a local place where we cook and serve. The kitchen is the heart of what we do, and it is usually pretty noisy with the sound of pans hitting the stove. We start our day early, getting the supplies delivered at the back door. Indore is a city that loves its food, so we know people have high expectations, but we don't try to be something we aren't. We just make the food the way we know how. The furniture is simple and the walls have a few marks here and there from years of use. We think it makes the place feel real. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We don't wear suits or use big words. We just ask what you want to eat and bring it out as fast as we can. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when the evening crowd hits all at once, but we do our best to catch up. It is just a regular restaurant on a regular road, trying to do things right every day. We don't overthink it, we just get to work.
