Sai Kripa Restaurant

We are over at Jh-185 on the Main Road in Vijay Nagar, Indore. It is a very busy spot because we are right near Sayaji Square. There is always a lot of honking and people moving around outside. Our restaurant is a simple place with regular tables and chairs. We get a lot of people coming in from the main road because of our location. We open up in the morning and start prepping the vegetables and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch crowd. Indore is known for food and we just do our part in this little corner of Vijay Nagar. The building is right there on the street so it gets a lot of dust from the traffic, which means we are constantly wiping things down. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just the door right off the sidewalk. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or helping customers who are in a hurry. It gets pretty loud during the evening when everyone is out at Sayaji Square. We have been at this address for a good while and know the local rhythm of the street. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a good spot to see the city life while we work. We focus on getting the orders out and keeping the place running without too much trouble. It is just a regular spot for a meal.
