If you are heading down Sayaji Club Road in Vijay Nagar, you will find us at number 81. We are pretty close to R R Tyres and the Mechanic Nagar area, so there is always some mechanical work or car noise happening nearby. Indore is a busy city, and this part of Vijay Nagar is no different. At Riders Republic Restaurant & Cafe, we just wanted a place where people could sit down for a bit. We have some tables and chairs, and the kitchen stays busy throughout the day. The location near the club road means we see a mix of people, some just passing through and others who live right around the corner. We spend a lot of time making sure the place stays decent. It is not a very quiet spot because of the traffic and the shops nearby, but it has a certain energy to it. We keep things pretty informal here. You won't find us wearing suits or anything like that; we are just regular folks working in a kitchen and serving tables. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but people still find their way to us. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking the inventory and making sure the coffee machine is behaving itself. It is just a local business trying to stay steady in a fast-moving part of Indore. We are usually here until the late hours, closing up and getting things ready for tomorrow.
