Rasraj Bhojnalaya

This is Rasraj Bhojnalaya and we are located at 5/3 Sarwate in Indore. We are right by the Sarwate Bus Stand, which is a very active area. People are always rushing around with their bags and there is a lot of noise from the engines and the crowds. We have been operating this bhojnalaya for quite a while now. It is a very simple setup. We don't have air conditioning or fancy decorations on the walls. We just have a kitchen that stays busy from early morning until late at night. The people who come here are usually travelers who need a good meal that won't cost them too much. We try to provide that in a friendly way. We are just a local family-run business. We don't have any big plans to expand or become a famous brand. We just want to do our job well every day. The kitchen gets very hot during the summer months, but we just drink some water and keep moving. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. We just cook the kind of food we eat at home. It is a lot of work to keep a place like this running, especially with the constant dust and noise from the buses, but we have been doing it for so long that it feels normal to us now. It's just what we do.
