Rajputana Restaurant

We are situated at 753 Hawa Bangla Main Road in Sudama Nagar. Indore is a big place but our corner in Dwarkapuri is where we spend all our time. We are right near the Phuti Kothi and the Relax Garden. Our restaurant is a simple one. We don't have any of that corporate polish or fancy uniforms for the staff who work here. It’s just a group of us who work hard every day. We start around ten in the morning to get the vegetables chopped and the dough ready for the day. Sudama Nagar is a busy residential area, so we see a lot of the same people every week. They come in because we are close to their homes and they know us. The 452009 area has changed a lot over the years with new shops opening up all the time, but we just keep doing what we know how to do. We have some plastic chairs and wooden tables that have been around since we first opened the doors. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit overwhelmed when everyone comes in at the same time on a Saturday night. We don't have a fancy ordering system, just paper and pen for the waiters. We just try to make sure no one has to wait too long for their plate. It’s a local business run by local people. We don't have any big goals of becoming a chain. We just like having our own place.
