Oriel

We are located inside Hotel Waterlily, which you can find on the Agra Bombay Bypass Road in the Napania area of Indore. We are quite close to the DPS school out here. Being inside a hotel means we get a lot of people who are traveling through Indore or staying for work. It’s a bit different from a standalone restaurant on a busy street corner. The space is a bit more quiet, though you can still hear the traffic from the bypass road if you listen closely. We have a set of tables and chairs that are comfortable enough for a long meal. The lighting is soft, and we try to keep the place looking decent for the hotel guests. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy slogans. We just show up and make sure the kitchen is ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s busy with a large group, and other times it’s just one or two people looking for a quiet dinner. The staff here also helps out with other parts of the hotel, so we stay pretty active. We don't spend money on big ads; most people find us because they are staying at Waterlily or they live in the Napania neighborhood. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the people who visit. We've been here for a while now and the routine is the same every day.
