We’ve been here at LG-15 in Vikram Tower for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Gumasta Nagar, especially being so close to the petrol pump. You probably see us when you’re out running errands or getting fuel. Most days, it’s just us keeping things moving and making sure people have something decent to eat when they stop by. My family helps out quite a bit, so you’ll usually see the same faces behind the counter every time you walk in. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just a regular place where we cook what we know. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the lunch crowd hits, but that’s just how it goes in Indore. We try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out as fast as the stove allows. We open up early, get the kitchen ready, and stay until the evening rush settles down. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do our work and hope the food tastes like it’s supposed to.
