Noors Kitchen & Tibbs Frankie

We've been at Shekhar Planet Building for a while now. Most people know us because we're right behind Reliance Fresh in Vijay Nagar. It’s a busy spot near Bombay Hospital. We do frankies and other kitchen stuff. It started small. I remember when we first opened the shutters. We just wanted to make food that tastes like home but quick. Indore has so many foodies, so we had to keep up. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings. You might have seen us while walking past Shop No 16. It’s not a fancy place, just a simple counter where we prep everything fresh. We use the recipes we've had for years. The Tibbs Frankie part is a favorite for the college kids around here. We try to keep things clean and move fast so nobody is waiting too long on the sidewalk. Some days are better than others, but we’re usually here from morning until late at night. If you’re around Vijay Nagar and feeling hungry, you’ll find us easily. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just walk in after shopping at Reliance. It's a humble setup, really. Just a few of us working behind the counter making sure the rolls are wrapped right. We appreciate the regulars who come back every week. It’s nice seeing familiar faces in the neighborhood. That's pretty much who we are, just a local kitchen trying to do right by the people in Indore.
