Neveddhya Restaurant

Our place is located in the Mann Heritage Building over in South Tukoganj. If you know where the LIC office is, we are basically right there. It is a decent spot in Indore. We started Neveddhya Restaurant because we wanted a place where people could just sit down and eat without any fuss. The menu has things we like to eat ourselves. We keep the tables wiped down and the kitchen busy. Some days it gets really crowded around lunchtime because of all the offices nearby. It can get a bit noisy when the room is full. We use the same ingredients you’d find in a home kitchen. Nothing too complicated. My cousin helps out with the seating and I usually stay near the back. We have been in this building for a bit now and have grown to know the regulars. You see the same faces every Tuesday or Thursday. We don't really go in for fancy decorations or mood lighting. It is just a restaurant with chairs and tables and food. If the food is hot and the order is right, we feel like the job is done. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is busier than we expected. That is just how it goes sometimes. We are just a local spot trying to serve decent meals to the neighborhood. It is just a regular business where we try our best to get things right.
