Mud Oven Restaurant & Banquet

Our spot is located in Vijay Nagar over at Scheme No 54, right behind the C 21 Mall. Being in Indore, especially in a place like A B Road, means things are always moving fast. We have the restaurant part and then the banquet area for when people want to have their little gatherings. It gets pretty hectic on the weekends when the mall next door is full of shoppers. We spend our mornings setting up the chairs and making sure the hall is tidy for whatever event is happening later. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building with the pans clanking and the stove going. We don't have a polished corporate look; it is just a place where families come to sit down. Some of our staff have been with us since we opened these doors in PU 4. We see a lot of different faces, from people just grabbing a bite after shopping to big groups celebrating something together. The lighting in the banquet hall is something we check often, and sometimes the air conditioner takes a minute to get going when it’s really hot outside. We just focus on our daily work and making sure the food is ready on time. It is a lot of hard work keeping a place this size running in such a busy part of Indore. We are just tucked away behind the mall, doing what we do every day without much fuss or noise.
