We are very close to Khajrana square, which is a big landmark that everyone in this part of Indore knows. The Ring Road is always busy with bikes and cars, so there is a lot of energy around us all the time. We are just a local restaurant trying to do our thing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything polished like that. It’s just us and the kitchen. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day. Indore is a place where people really love their food, so we have to stay on our toes. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much except for the name. We like being near the square because it feels like we are in the middle of the action. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic on the road, but that is just part of living in a growing city like Indore. We don't have any fancy mission statements to give you. We just provide a place to eat for whoever walks in. We have been at this location for a while and we know many of the faces that come through the door. It’s just a regular daily routine for us here.
