Khanabadosh Restaurant

Khanabadosh Restaurant is out here in Bhicholi Mardana, Indore. We are at 582, right near Mayank Water Park. Because of the water park, we get a lot of families, especially on the weekends when it’s hot outside. The 452016 area has changed a lot since we first set up here. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s a lot more going on with new buildings popping up. We have a decent amount of space, which is good when the big groups come in. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually pretty loud with the pans clanging. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy or anything. We just show up, prep the vegetables, and get the stove going. Some days are slower than others, but we stay busy with cleaning or fixing things around the shop. Indore is known for its food, so there is a lot of competition, but we just do our own thing. We have a few people working here who have been with us since the start. It feels more like a family than a business sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people seeing us when they go to the park. It’s a simple life, and we are just trying to keep the place running and the customers fed. That’s about it for us here in Indore. We just work hard and try to stay organized.
