Jaspal Dhaba

Jaspal Dhaba is right on the Bypass Road, specifically MR 10 Road in Indore. If you are looking for us, we are right in front of the IPPS school. You can see the kids and parents out front every morning and afternoon. The road out there gets pretty dusty because of all the trucks and cars zooming by on the bypass. We spend a good part of our morning just wiping down the tables and getting the kitchen ready. It’s a simple setup with basic chairs and plenty of fans to keep the Indore heat away. Usually, the drivers stop by because they need a break from the long road. We know a lot of the regulars who pass through here every week. It gets loud sometimes when the traffic is heavy, but we are used to the noise by now. My brother and I manage most of the work ourselves. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few local guys helping out in the back. The food is what it is, just simple stuff we make every day. When the school lets out, the whole area gets even more crowded with scooters and cycles. We just keep our heads down and keep serving whoever walks through the door. It’s a long day from sunrise to late at night, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just sit on the bench outside when things get quiet for a few minutes.
