Jammu & Kashmir Restaurant

Jammu & Kashmir Restaurant is sitting right on Shop No 2 along the A B Road in the Lasudia Dewas Naka area of Indore. Since we are so close to Bhopal Motors, we get a lot of people who are working on cars or truck drivers passing through the city. The road outside is almost always loud with heavy trucks and the dust from the highway comes in if we leave the door open too long. It is not a place for a quiet, fancy dinner. It is a spot for people who are hungry and want a meal without any fuss. We have been operating here for a while now. The kitchen is simple and we stick to the dishes we know how to make well. Most of our customers are regulars who work in the industrial shops nearby or people who have stopped their vehicles for a break. We do not have any big signs or advertisements out on the highway. Most people just see the name as they are driving by or they hear about us from other drivers at the petrol pump. The tables are heavy and the lighting is just normal bulbs. During the monsoon, the area around the Naka gets a bit muddy, but people still find their way to us. It is just a basic restaurant running on a busy Indore road. We do the cooking, cleaning, and billing ourselves every day.
