Humty Dumty Restaurant

Our restaurant, Humty Dumty, is situated in Vijay Nagar at Gf 31, Scheme No 54. We are right on the main road, which is a very busy spot in Indore. We have been here for a good amount of time and we see the same people coming in almost every week. The restaurant is a small space where we do all our cooking and serving. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It is just a family-run business where we all chip in to get the work done. The main road is always loud with traffic, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We have some basic tables and chairs for our customers. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs. Most people just see us when they are passing by or hear about us from their friends. We start our work early in the morning, getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. Scheme 54 is a lively area and there is always something going on outside our door. We just focus on our daily tasks, like cleaning the floors and making sure the food is ready on time. It is a lot of hard work and the hours are long, but we are happy to be part of the community here in Indore. We don't want to change much, just keep things running.
