Golden Oven

You can find Golden Oven over at the Best Western Plus Hotel Horizon. We are on the Main Road in South Tukoganj. It’s a busy part of Indore, especially being so close to the High Court. We get a lot of people coming in who are either staying at the hotel or just passing by on their way to work. It’s a bit of a mix. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. There's always the smell of something cooking, which is nice. We aren't a huge operation. Just a small part of the hotel setup really. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the lunch rush hits, but we make do. The staff here is pretty small. We all know each other well. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and serve it. The location is good because it’s easy to find. If you know where the High Court is, you basically know where we are. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people seeing us when they walk into the hotel. It’s a straightforward job. We show up, start the ovens, and get going. It’s been our routine for a while now in South Tukoganj. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
