New Maharaja Chuduwa

You can find us at No 10, H, 107 on the Dilsukh Nagar Main Road. It is a crowded area in New Gaddiannaram Colony, right in Krishna Nagar. We have been here for a while now making chuduwa and other snacks. The smell of spices is usually pretty strong around our shop. It is a family thing mostly. We get people coming in from the main road all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped inside when the morning rush happens. We don't have any fancy seating or big displays. It’s just shelves with the bags and the counter where we weigh things out. Dilsukhnagar is always noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected. It is just how it goes with a local food business. We don't really do the corporate thing with slogans and all that. We just make the food and sell it to whoever stops by. The address is easy to find if you know the colony. We are just regular people working hard to keep the shop going. It is a lot of standing on your feet and talking to customers. We hope the snacks are what keep people coming back to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years from this same spot and we stay busy.
