Sai Ram Kitchen

Sai Ram Kitchen is over at No. 10-3-195-A, right opposite the Grampanchayat Office in Fathe Nagar. We are a small kitchen setup where we focus on making food for people who need a quick meal or a tiffin. It’s a very practical space. We have large stoves, big pots, and there’s always something boiling or frying. The kitchen is busy from early in the morning because we have to get everything prepped before the lunch rush starts. It gets quite hot and humid in there with all the steam, but we are used to it by now. The location is good because people coming to the government office often stop by when they’re hungry. We don't have a lot of fancy seating or a big menu with too many choices. We just make a few things every day and try to make them properly. My hands are usually covered in flour or I’m busy chopping vegetables for the next batch. It’s a lot of physical work and standing on your feet all day. We’ve been in Fathe Nagar for a while and we know the regulars who come in every day for their tea or a snack. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant. It is just a local kitchen where we work hard to get the food out on time. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, but that's just part of running a small place.
