Elite Caterers

Our kitchen is tucked away in King Kothi, over near Shargate. We’ve been cooking here for quite some time now. Elite Caterers isn’t a huge operation with suits and offices; it’s mostly just us, some big pots, and a lot of ingredients coming in every morning. Hyderabad is a city that loves its food, so we stay pretty busy. We started out doing small family functions and it just grew from there. Dealing with food is hard work. You have to get the spices right and make sure everything is fresh. Our address at 3-5-786/22/B is where all the prep happens. It smells like onions and masala most of the time. We don't spend money on fancy ads. Most people find us because they ate our food at a wedding or a birthday party and asked who made it. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure there’s enough for everyone to have seconds. Sometimes things get hectic, especially during the wedding season, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest in the city, just reliable. When you call us, you’re usually talking to one of the people actually doing the work. It’s a simple business. We buy the stuff, we cook it, and we bring it to your place. That’s really all there is to it. We take pride in what we put on the plate, even if we don't say it in a flashy way.
