Our catering kitchen is situated in New Nallakunta, specifically on Street No 11, right across from the Shankarmut temple. It is a very busy street, and finding a place to park our delivery van is always a challenge in the mornings. We spend most of our time preparing large quantities of food for different events like small gatherings or family functions. There are always mountains of vegetables to chop and big bags of rice to clean. The kitchen stays quite hot because we have several large burners going at once. We use traditional methods for a lot of our cooking because that is what we know. It is hard work, and there are days when my back really aches from lifting the heavy cooking vessels. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we all know our roles. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple orders to deliver at the same time. We have to be very organized with the timing so the food doesn't sit out too long. The neighborhood is nice, and the temple nearby gives the whole area a peaceful feeling, even when we are rushing around. We don't do any flashy advertising; mostly people find out about us from their friends or family who have eaten our food before. It's just a local business trying to do things right.
