Sathwik Caterers

Sathwik Caterers is based out of Ambedkar Nagar, specifically at 8-3-430/29/1. This is right in the Yellareddy Guda area of Yousufguda. Our kitchen is where everything happens. It gets pretty hot and noisy in there when the big stoves are going and we are chopping vegetables for a big order. We started doing this because people around here needed decent food for their small parties and events. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of managers. It is just us and a few helpers making sure the rice is cooked right and the sambar has enough spice. You can usually smell the cooking from down the street when we are preparing for a lunch. The address in Yousufguda is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting the containers ready for the next delivery. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two orders at the same time, but we always find a way to make it work. We don't have a big menu with a hundred things on it. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the wedding season. We just want to make sure people get fed and nobody leaves hungry. It's just honest work in a busy kitchen.
