Annapurna Caterers

We run Annapurna Caterers from our place at 139 Anandnagar. It is located in the Nagole area, specifically Bandlagudahyd. Our days start very early, usually way before the sun is even up. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the house. We have big pots and pans everywhere. There is always something boiling or frying. The smell of spices is stuck in our clothes, but we don't really notice it anymore. We do a lot of local cooking for events and small gatherings. It’s hard work being on your feet all day. We have a few people who help us out with the chopping and cleaning. Nagole is a good place to be based because we can get to different parts of Hyderabad easily from here. We don't have a fancy storefront. People usually just call us or come by the house to talk about what they need. We write everything down in a big ledger we keep on the kitchen table. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big order due. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking done. It’s nice to see people enjoying the food we make. After we finish a big job, the whole place needs a deep clean. That’s just part of the life of a caterer. It is tiring but it is what we do to keep things going for the family. We hope the food tastes like home to people.
