Asm Tiffins Centre

Asm Tiffins Centre is a small spot located in Guffa Nagar, over in the Indira Nagar part of Mangal Ghat. We start our days pretty early because that’s when people want their breakfast. It’s usually busy in the mornings with people stopping by on their way to work or just coming out of their houses nearby. We make the usual items like idli, dosa, and whatever else is on the menu for the day. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen with the stoves going, especially when there’s a crowd waiting. We aren't a big restaurant with waiters and fancy tables. It’s more of a local place where you get your food and eat it there or take it home in a packet. We’ve been at this address, 13-1-1236/483, for some time now. The neighborhood is tight-knit, so we see the same faces almost every morning. We try to keep things simple and make sure the food tastes like it should. There’s no secret to it, just keeping the pans clean and using the right ingredients. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and serving customers as fast as we can. When the morning rush is over, we clean up and get ready for the next day. It's just a regular tiffin center doing its thing for the folks in Mangal Ghat.
