Vrindavan Caterers

Vrindavan Caterers is tucked away in Nallakunta, specifically over at 2-1-270/1/2 in the Baghlingampally area. It’s usually pretty hectic in the kitchen, especially on weekends when there are weddings or small functions nearby. We have a few cooks who have been with us for years now. We don't really have a fancy showroom. Most people just come by the house to talk about what they want for their events. We spend a lot of time cleaning vegetables and making sure the spices are ground just right. My wife handles the accounts while I look after the actual cooking and transport. The smells of sambar and frying snacks usually fill the whole street by noon. Sometimes the gas cylinder runs out at the wrong time and we have to scramble. It’s a lot of work carrying those big steel vessels up and down the stairs. We try to stay organized but when you have five different orders going out, it gets a bit chaotic. We’ve been serving this part of Telangana for quite some time now. People know they can find us here if they need food for a puja or a birthday party. We just focus on making sure the food is hot and ready when the van leaves. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s our life. We do the best we can with every batch.
