Ncircle Exim is based out of Basheerbagh. We are in the Minar Apartments part of the Deccan Towers complex, specifically in Flat 402. Basheerbagh is a central spot, so there’s always people moving around and plenty of things happening. Our office is pretty straightforward. We don’t go in for big decorations or corporate style. It’s just a place where we sit down and get our work done. Most of our day is spent dealing with international trade documents and talking to different agencies. It can be a bit tedious with all the forms and regulations, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just routine now. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. The apartment building is an older one, so it has a bit of character, though the elevators can be moody sometimes. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure our clients' shipments are handled properly. We usually have a pot of tea going, and we talk about the news while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we are busy. We don't use any complicated business talk because we don't really need it. People find us, we do the job, and that’s that. We try to finish our work before the evening rush hour really kicks in because the traffic here is no joke.
