We are over in Kavadiguda at the Parekh Chambers building. The address is 1-3-1/1/3, which sounds complicated but it's easy enough to find once you are in the area. It’s an older building, mostly full of offices and some storage rooms. We spend most of our time in the office handling the textile side of things. There’s a lot of phone calls and checking on where shipments are. Hyderabad is a big place, but Kavadiguda feels a bit more settled than the newer parts of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner near the window. We get started early before the traffic on the main road gets too bad. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to get to the chambers. It keeps us moving, I suppose. The windows look out over the street, so we see the city waking up every day. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us because they know the name or they’ve been sent here by someone else who worked with us. It’s a quiet way to work. We just focus on the orders and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. When the day is over, we lock up and head out.
