You can find us at the Aditya Trade Centre in Ameerpet, right at unit 112. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always people walking by. We’ve been operating out of this office for quite some time now. Dealing with textiles and fabrics is what we do every day. It’s mostly phone calls and paperwork here. We coordinate with the mills and then talk to the buyers. Ameerpet is a crowded area, but it makes things convenient for meetings. The office itself is small. We have a few desks and some samples hanging up on the walls so people can see the texture. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the trade. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which is annoying, but we make it work. We aren't a flashy company. Fine Fab is just a regular private limited setup where we focus on getting the fabric specs right. It’s about the details, really. If a client needs a specific weight or color, we spend the morning tracking it down. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers. We take our lunch breaks together when it’s not too busy. The work is steady and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just us doing our jobs and making sure the shipments go out to the right places on time.
