Habeeb Cafe

Habeeb Cafe is located at King Koti in Hyderabad. We are right beside the Traffic Police Station. The door number is 3-5-780/20/1. It is an old part of the city with a lot of history. People have been coming here for a long time. It is a simple cafe. We do not have air conditioning or fancy decorations. It is just tables and chairs and tea. The street outside is always noisy with motorcycles and cars passing by. Being next to the police station means there is always activity around us. We see all kinds of people every day. Some stay for a long time talking, others just grab a quick drink and leave. We do not have a mission statement or a big plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and start the kettle. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Hyderabad is famous for its cafes, and we are just one of the many small ones tucked away in the lanes. We handle everything ourselves, from washing the cups to settling the bills at the end of the shift. It is an honest way to make a living. You won't see us on big posters or in the news. We just rely on the people who pass by King Koti every day. It is a local habit for many of them. We just keep doing what we do every morning without any fuss.
