You can find us over at Flat No 602 in Arun Apartments, which is right in the Redhills area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of an older building, but it works for what we do. We are directly opposite the Cancer Hospital, so that is usually the landmark I tell people when they are trying to find the place for the first time. Being in Khairatabad is convenient because we are close to a lot of the main markets where we get our supplies. We started this catering thing because we enjoy making food for larger groups. It isn't a big corporate kitchen; it’s more of a personal setup where we handle things ourselves. The 500004 area stays busy, especially with the hospital traffic, but once you get up to the sixth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our mornings planning menus and checking on the stock we have. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a little slow, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully so nothing gets late. We handle different kinds of events, mostly local stuff for families nearby. It’s hard work being on your feet all day in the kitchen, especially when the weather in Hyderabad gets hot, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the flavors right for whoever has hired us for their lunch or dinner.
