Chef Xpress

Our kitchen is located in Mahendra Hills, over in the Dhanlaxmi Society area. It is a bit of a quiet residential spot compared to the main roads of East Marredpally. We are on Road Number 6 at Plot 162. Most of the people who come by live right here in the neighborhood. I moved in here because I liked the feel of the hills. It is not like those big commercial centers where everything feels rushed and cold. We call it Chef Xpress because we try to get things done without making people wait around forever, but we aren't a big chain or anything like that. It's just a small team working out of this space. The mornings are usually spent sorting out the vegetables and getting the spices ready. Sometimes the delivery guys have a little trouble finding the exact plot number since the roads here can be a bit winding, but most locals know where we are. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our regulars just found us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. It's a nice place to work because you get to know the faces of the people you're cooking for. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day's work. It’s a pretty basic setup, nothing too crazy, just a kitchen in a house society.
