Bhandari Catering Services

Bhandari Catering Services is located at 14-7-60 in the Begum Bazar area. We are right near Motilal Girls High School, which is a very busy spot in the 500012 part of town. Our daily life is mostly about big pots and lots of ingredients. Begum Bazar is always crowded, so getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of marketing; we just focus on the cooking part of things. There’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and cleaning that goes on behind the scenes here. We have a small group of people who have been doing this for a long time. The school nearby means there’s always noise and movement around us during the day. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area making sure we have enough of everything for whatever job we are working on. It’s a lot of manual work, and it gets quite hot in the kitchen, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big front office or anything, just our workspace where we get things done. People in the area know where we are if they need something for an event. We just try to stay on top of our schedule and make sure the food is ready when it needs to be.
