Athityam Catering

We operate out of G-7 in the Dhruvatara Apartments. It is located right behind the Model House in Somajiguda. Doing catering work like this means our days start way before the sun comes up. There is a lot of chopping, cleaning, and heavy lifting involved in getting food ready for events. Athityam Catering isn't a massive factory; it is more of a hands-on kitchen where we do everything ourselves. We've been in this Somajiguda spot for a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth because we don't really do much advertising. When you are back behind the Model House, it's a bit quieter than the main road, which is good for us to focus on the cooking. We handle all kinds of orders, from small family gatherings to slightly bigger groups. It gets sweaty and loud in the kitchen when we have several orders going at once. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Most of our time is spent over stoves or packing up containers to be sent out. Sometimes things get hectic and we might miss a phone call on the first ring, but we always get back to people. It is hard work, and our hands are usually busy with something. We just try to make food that tastes like it came from a home kitchen rather than a machine. That's just how we do things here in Hyderabad.
