Annapurna Caterers Shali Banda

We’ve been running Annapurna Caterers Shali Banda for quite a while now. Our place is at 23-5-903 Vinayak Bhavan, right across from the Sudha Cinema Hall. If you know Shah Alibanda, you know it gets pretty busy around here. We handle a lot of cooking for local functions and gatherings. People usually find us because they’re headed to the movies or just walking through the neighborhood. The kitchen stays busy most mornings. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us working out of Vinayak Bhavan. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the 500002 area. We mostly do traditional stuff since that’s what folks around here ask for. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with the cinema traffic, but we manage to get the food out on time anyway. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put in the same spot. We use local ingredients and just try to make things the way people expect them to taste. It isn't complicated. We just focus on the orders we have for the day and make sure the pots are clean and the fire is hot. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the hall. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a few of us making sure people get fed at their events without too much fuss or trouble.
