Ak Zaiqa Catering Services

Ak Zaiqa Catering Services is based out of 1/3 Rt in Vijay Nagar Colony. We’ve been operating in the 500057 area for a while, mostly dealing with people who need food for their small gatherings or local events. We aren't a big corporate catering firm with shiny trucks and uniforms. It’s just us working out of our space, getting the ingredients ready and making sure the pots are clean. When someone calls us, we talk about what they need and then we get to work. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. The kitchen can get pretty hot when we have a big order, but that’s part of the job. We focus on the cooking and making sure everything is packed up properly so it doesn't spill during transport. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are weekend functions. We just handle the food part so people don’t have to cook for fifty people themselves. It’s practical work. We’ve learned over the years what people like and what they don’t, so we just stick to what works for the folks around Vijay Nagar Colony. It’s not a glamorous business, but it keeps us going every day as we prepare the next batch of orders for someone's party.
