Our kitchen is right in the middle of Musheerabad, near the Ram Mandhir and just across from Aysha Function Hall. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, especially when there’s a big event going on at the hall. We’ve been at this 1-6-569 address for years, and most people around here know the smells coming from our pots. Catering isn’t an easy job, especially with the Hyderabad heat, but we stay busy with the local crowd. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Usually, it’s just us talking to families about what they want for their lunch or dinner parties. The kitchen can get pretty loud when we’re prepping for a big order, but that’s how you know things are moving. Being near the temple and the function hall means there’s always something happening on our street. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries a headache, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the food tastes right and the plates are full. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights scrubbing floors and cleaning vegetables. We do the work ourselves, and that’s how we like it. If you’re walking past the function hall, you’ll probably see us unloading crates or checking the daily supplies. It is a messy, loud, and wonderful way to spend our days in this city. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food.
