It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heat, heavy lifting, and making sure the vans are loaded correctly so nothing spills on the way. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, we’re busy with the pots and pans. We handle local events and parties around the New Mirjalaguda area. We just cook the food and deliver it to where it needs to go. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when we have several orders going out at once, but we manage to get it done somehow.
