Traival Welfare Public School

Traival Welfare Public School is located at 9 Tarachand Ganguly Street in Howrah. This is a very old part of the city and the street is quite narrow and busy. The school has been part of this community for a while now. We operate out of a traditional building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It isn't a modern campus with a lot of glass and steel. Instead, we have thick walls and high ceilings in some of the rooms. We serve the local families in Howrah who need a place for their children to get an education. Things here are very basic and practical. We have desks, chairs, and blackboards in every classroom. We don't have a lot of extra funding for fancy equipment, so we make do with what we have. The students are mostly from the nearby streets and they walk to school every morning. It can get quite loud on Tarachand Ganguly Street during the day, but we are used to the sound of the city. We don't have a big marketing department or a website that looks professional. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the students are learning. It is a humble school and we are fine with that. Everyone in the area knows where we are and what we do. It’s just a regular public school doing its job every day for the kids.
